Terms and Payment Conditions


Following receipt of your booking request, we will check availability and confirm your tour.
As soon as your booking has been confirmed we require a deposit of 40% of the total amount of the cost of your tour.

Payment Options:

  • CASH – In Thai Baht.
  • CREDIT CARD – We accept most major credit cards. Customers may pay online for their tour via the ThaiEpay Online Payment Gateway System. This system uses 128 bit SSL technology with no storage or manual handling of credit card details. Once you have received our booking confirmation you can start the payment process.
  • CREDIT CARD PAYMENT VIA FAX – If you choose this option we provide a form which must be completed with your credit card details and then faxed back to us. We will then charge your credit card accordingly.
  • BANK TRANSFERS
Note: All bank and credit card charges and fees have to be borne by the customer.
The outstanding balance is required to be paid at least 7 days prior to arrival using credit card and bank transfer or, in cash on arrival. Unfortunately your tour cannot commence unless these terms are met.
All of our Special Hotel Rates are negotiated on the understanding that we pay in full, well in advance of room occupation by our clients. It is therefore necessary for us to apply the above conditions.

Cancellation:

In case of cancellation we will refund:

  • 75% of your paid deposit if more than 30 days prior to your arrival.
  • 50% of your paid deposit if more than 15 days prior to your arrival.
  • No refund if less than 15 days prior to your arrival
